Qualifications

• Three years or more in hospitality front desk or service roles preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with Opera PMS and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage front desk operations.
• Maintain professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
• Coordinate daily group arrivals/departures and guest requests.
• Assist in staff scheduling, onboarding, and training.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and company policies.
