The LINE Hotels is seeking a dynamic Front Desk Agent for its Austin property. You will greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, and coordinate with multiple departments to deliver exceptional hospitality and brand experiences.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in hospitality, strong communication, and teamwork. The role offers a $300 signing bonus, competitive benefits including health, vision, dental, 401(k) and more, plus growth opportunities within a creative hotel group.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of hospitality or service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Collaborative spirit and ethical conduct required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Opera PMS.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, prompt welcome and maintain professionalism.
• Coordinate with team and departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle guest inquiries in person and by phone, resolving issues promptly.
• Check in guests and assign rooms with correct rates.
• Assist with luggage delivery and issue keys as needed.
• Process check-out, verify charges, and balance the till.
• Maintain accurate records and reconcile daily transactions.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere reflecting the LINE brand.
• Assist Reservations as needed and answer questions about hotel services.
• Understand fire safety procedures and emergency protocols.
