The LINE Hotel Group in Austin is seeking a dynamic Front Desk Agent who greets guests with warmth, checks them in and out smoothly, and provides first-rate hospitality at all times. You will collaborate with every department to resolve guest inquiries, coordinate services, and uphold the LINE's standards for service, safety, and local knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3 years related hospitality or service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Collaborative spirit and ethical conduct.
• Proficiency with computer systems and office software.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS is a plus.
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with a smile and maintain eye contact.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth check-in and check-out.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism.
• Manage reservations, changes and cancellations when needed.
• Process payments, issue keys, and balance the cash drawer.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services and safety procedures.
• Support team and participate in departmental meetings.
