Job summary

Outback Steakhouse in Niles, OH is seeking a Front-of-House Leader to support service excellence and daily operations. Under supervision, you’ll help coach team members, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold restaurant standards with a “whatever it takes” attitude.

Responsibilities include pre-shift briefings, quality checks, staff scheduling support, and participation in events and training to drive consistent, high-quality guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Certified in front-of-house functions.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience in the restaurant industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uphold high employment quality standards in line with Bloomin' Brands policies.
• Conduct pre-opening quality checks and ensure the restaurant is ready for service prior to opening (kitchen and bar line checks, interior and exterior maintenance).
• Review staffing assignments and lead pre-shift meetings.
• Support and coach front-of-house staff in customer service while balancing front- and back-of-house needs.
• Perform quality table checks and handle routine Guest issues.
• Participate in events, marketing, purchasing, training, quality control, and financial activities.
