Job summary

Outback Steakhouse is seeking a Key leadership role to support front-of-house operations and management. You will uphold restaurant standards, coach staff, and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction across shifts.

The position requires a “whatever it takes” attitude, collaboration with managers, and ongoing training to maintain daily quality and consistent service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Certified in all front-of-house functions.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred:Previous experience in the restaurant industry.
• Leadership experience is a plus and helps train and guide team members.

Responsibilities

• Uphold high employment quality standards in line with Bloomin' Brands policies.
• Conduct pre-opening quality checks and ensure restaurant readiness (kitchen and bar line checks, interior/exterior maintenance).
• Review staffing assignments and lead pre-shift meetings.
• Support and coach front-of-house staff in customer service while balancing front- and back-of-house needs.
• Perform quality table checks and handle routine Guest issues.
• Participate in events, marketing, purchasing, training, quality control, and financial activities.
