Job summary

Outback Steakhouse is seeking a Front-of-House Lead to support the dining room team and management with daily operations, guest service excellence, and adherence to Bloomin' Brands standards.

Under direct supervision, you will oversee pre-shift meetings, assist with staffing, coach staff, perform quality checks, and participate in events and training to deliver an AUSS-SOME guest experience.

Qualifications

• Certified in all front-of-house functions.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uphold high employment quality standards in line with Bloomin' Brands policies.
• Conduct pre-opening quality checks and ensure readiness for service.
• Review staffing assignments and lead pre-shift meetings.
• Support and coach front-of-house staff in customer service.
• Perform quality table checks and handle guest issues.
• Participate in events, marketing, purchasing, training, quality control, and financial activities.
