Job summary

Outback Steakhouse is hiring for a Key front-of-house leader to support management and staff in delivering a high-standard Guest experience. This role emphasizes teamwork, quality checks, and effective communication to ensure smooth service and consistent hospitality.

The position requires certification in front-of-house operations and the ability to work legally in the United States. Prior restaurant leadership experience is preferred, with opportunities to contribute to events and marketing

Qualifications

• Certified in all front-of-house functions.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Uphold high employment quality standards in line with Bloomin' Brands policies
• Conduct pre-opening quality checks and ensure the restaurant is ready for service prior to opening (kitchen and bar line checks, interior and exterior maintenance)
• Review staffing assignments and lead pre-shift meetings
• Support and coach front-of-house staff in customer service while balancing front- and back-of-house needs
• Perform quality table checks and handle routine Guest issues
• Participate in events, marketing, purchasing, training, quality control, and financial activities
