Job summary

Outback Steakhouse is seeking a Key position to support front-of-house teams and management, ensuring high guest satisfaction and restaurant standards. You will lead pre-shift meetings, coach staff, and participate in events and quality control to deliver a consistent Guest experience.

Qualified candidates are certified in all front-of-house functions with legal eligibility to work in the United States and prior restaurant leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Certified in all front-of-house functions
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Previous restaurant leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Uphold high employment quality standards in line with Bloomin' Brands policies
• Conduct pre-opening quality checks and ensure the restaurant is ready for service prior to opening (kitchen and bar line checks, interior and exterior maintenance)
• Review staffing assignments and lead pre-shift meetings
• Support and coach front-of-house staff in customer service while balancing front- and back-of-house needs
• Perform quality table checks and handle routine Guest issues
• Participate in events, marketing, purchasing, training, quality control, and financial activities
