Job summary

Responsibilities include conducting pre-shift meetings, leading staffing and line checks, resolving guest concerns, and coordinating with marketing, purchasing, training, and quality control efforts.

Qualifications

• Certified in all front-of-house functions.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Previous restaurant industry experience preferred.
• Previous leadership roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uphold high employment quality standards in line with Bloomin' Brands policies
• Conduct pre-opening quality checks and ensure the restaurant is ready for service prior to opening (kitchen and bar line checks, interior and exterior maintenance)
• Review staffing assignments and lead pre-shift meetings
• Support and coach front-of-house staff in customer service while balancing front- and back-of-house needs
• Perform quality table checks and handle routine Guest issues
• Participate in events, marketing, purchasing, training, quality control, and financial activities
