Job summary

Outback Steakhouse in Dayton, OH is seeking a lead Front-of-House role to support management and uphold restaurant standards. This position emphasizes a "whatever it takes" attitude to help teams and Guests achieve daily quality and consistency.

Responsibilities include staff coaching, pre-shift meetings, quality checks, and participation in events and training. Previous leadership experience in restaurants is preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified in all front-of-house functions.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Previous experience in the restaurant industry (preferred).
• Leadership positions previously held (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Uphold high employment quality standards in line with Bloomin' Brands policies
• Conduct pre-opening quality checks and ensure the restaurant is ready for service prior to opening (kitchen and bar line checks, interior and exterior maintenance)
• Review staffing assignments and lead pre-shift meetings
• Support and coach front-of-house staff in customer service while balancing front- and back-of-house needs
• Perform quality table checks and handle routine Guest issues
• Participate in events, marketing, purchasing, training, quality control, and financial activities
