Job summary

Outback Steakhouse is seeking a Front-of-House Leader to support team members and management by upholding restaurant standards, fostering positive Guest and team experiences, and ensuring effective internal communication.

Under direct supervision, the Key position leads pre-shift meetings, coaches staff, handles Guest issues, and participates in events, marketing, training, and quality control to deliver an excellent, consistent Guest experience.

Qualifications

• Certified in all front-of-house functions.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Uphold high employment quality standards in line with Bloomin' Brands policies
• Conduct pre-opening quality checks and ensure readiness for service (kitchen/bar line checks, interior/exterior maintenance)
• Review staffing assignments and lead pre-shift meetings
• Support and coach front-of-house staff in customer service while balancing front- and back-of-house needs
• Perform quality table checks and handle routine Guest issues
• Participate in events, marketing, purchasing, training, quality control, and financial activities
