Job summary

Aubergine Kitchen is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead front of house operations during your shift, either AM or PM. You will coach the guest-facing team, ensure hospitality excellence, and maintain smooth dining room flow while representing the brand during every guest interaction.

This role offers full-time and part-time schedules with a guaranteed pay range of $17.00–$18.00 per hour (base + tips). Experience in fast-casual environments and strong English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a guest-facing restaurant role.
• Full English fluency.
• Strong hospitality standards and coaching ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead front of house during the assigned shift (AM or PM).
• Coach and direct cashiers, runners, and lobby staff to meet service standards.
• Monitor guest experience in real time and address issues promptly.
• Communicate with the General Manager to ensure smooth operations.
