Job summary

Aubergine Kitchen is seeking a Customer Service Manager to own the front of house during their shift, serving as the guest-facing face and operations lead. Reports to the General Manager and collaborates to uphold hospitality excellence.

You will coach staff, manage dining flow, address guest concerns, and ensure consistent service while promoting the Aubergine brand and its standards. Eligible candidates enjoy growth opportunities and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

Experience in a guest-facing restaurant role preferred.
Full English fluency required for guest interaction and team leadership.
Must be at least 21 years old and able to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Run the full front of house during your scheduled shift with energy and presence.
Direct cashiers, runners, and lobby staff to meet guest needs in real time.
Model hospitality: warmth, attentiveness, speed, and genuine care for guests.
Lead opening and closing front of house duties per shift.
Be the first point of escalation for guest issues and own resolutions.
Coach new team members on product knowledge and Toast POS.
Maintain Aubergine's standards for cleanliness and service flow.
Communicate guest feedback to the GM and implement menu/operational changes.
