Job summary

Aubergine Kitchen is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead the front of house across shifts. You will supervise the counter, dining room, and lobby with energy, ensuring guests receive warm, timely service and a standout hospitality standard.

Ideal candidates bring guest-facing restaurant experience and strong coaching skills, plus full English fluency. The role is fully on-site with Monday–Saturday schedules and benefits including meals and PTO.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a guest-facing restaurant role; senior cashier, shift lead, or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Full English fluency (required): you are communicating with guests, leading the front of house team, and handling complaints.
• Natural hospitality, composure under pressure, and a strong coaching instinct.
• Situational awareness: you can hold the counter, the dining room, and the team in your head at once.

Responsibilities

• Run the full front of house during your assigned shift (counter, dining room, and lobby) with the presence and energy to set the standard your team will follow.
• Monitor the guest experience in real time and direct cashiers, runners, and lobby staff, deploying the team where it is needed.
• Model the hospitality you expect from your team: warmth, attentiveness, speed, and genuine care for every guest.
• Lead shift-level opening and closing front of house duties.
