Job summary

Carvana is hiring a Safe and Secure Associate in Framingham, MA to protect people, assets, and operations at our facility. You’ll greet visitors, monitor gates, document movements, and uphold safety procedures in a fast-paced environment.

You will train in first aid, CPR, and AED, work with RFID and SAS App, and collaborate with the Safe and Secure team on badge requests and CCTV reviews. A strong customer-service background helps you excel.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven track record of decision-making in complex environments.
• Ability to relate to others and build strong working relationships.
• Ability to organize, plan, and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to handle conflict positively.

Responsibilities

• Manage and document movement of cars at gates and entrances.
• Be the face of Carvana to associates, vendors, and visitors.
• Communicate effectively with team, partners, and customers; listen actively.
• Observe and report safety concerns during patrols of the facility.
• Receive training in first aid, CPR, and AED.
• Assist with badge creation and CCTV review with the Safe and Secure team.
• Follow incident response protocols and promote an incident-ready mindset.
• De-escalate situations and uphold Carvana values.
• Enforce Safe and Secure Principles at entrances and exits.
• Utilize SAS App and RFID technology in daily duties.
• Deliver a service-first approach in all tasks.
