Job summary

Carvana is hiring a Safe and Secure Associate in the West Memphis area. The role involves patrolling the inspection center and yard, documenting security concerns, and serving as the face of Carvana to staff, vendors, and visitors.

Training in first aid, CPR, and AED will be provided, with a focus on incident readiness and adherence to safety protocols. The position offers full-time hours at $17 hourly, with benefits including medical/dental/vision, a 401(k) with company match, and various perks

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience within a customer service environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven track record of strong decision-making in a complex environment.
• Ability to relate well with others and establish strong working relationships.
• Ability to organize, plan, and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to handle conflict situations in a positive way.

Responsibilities

• Manage and document movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center entrance and exit gates.
• Be the face of Carvana to associates, vendors, and visitors.
• Lead with effective communication with team, partners, and customers.
• Conduct patrols of the Inspection Center and Logistics yard, documenting safety concerns.
• Become trained on life-saving measures (first aid, CPR, AED).
• Coordinate with team leads to resolve badge creation, CCTV review, and related tasks.
• Promote an incident-ready focus and follow the Incident Response Protocol.
