You will undergo training in safety procedures, operate CCTV/RFID tools, and participate in incident response. The job emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and adherence to Carvana values.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a customer service environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Proven decision-making ability in a complex setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and document movement of cars at gates.
• Be the face of Carvana to associates, vendors and visitors.
• Lead with effective communication with team and partners.
• Conduct routine patrols and document safety concerns.
• Become trained in first aid, CPR, AED.
• Collaborate with team lead to handle badge, CCTV requests.
• Promote incident-ready focus and follow incident protocol.
• De-escalate situations and uphold Carvana values.
• Enforce Safe and Secure Principles at entrances/exits.
• Utilize SAS App and RFID tech.
• Deliver service-first approach in all actions.
• Live Carvana values and make a difference.
