Carvana in Bradenton, FL is hiring a Safe and Secure Associate to support gates, protect people and assets, and uphold security protocols across the facility.

You will move vehicles through the Inspection Center, respond to incidents, and collaborate with the Safe and Secure Team to manage badge creation, CCTV reviews, and safety procedures. A background in customer service plus strong communication and decisive judgment helps you thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience within a customer service environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven track record of strong decision-making in a complex environment.
• Ability to relate well with others and establish strong working relationships.
• Ability to organize, plan, and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to handle conflict situations in a positive way.

Responsibilities

• Manage and document movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center entrance and exit gates.
• Be the face of Carvana to associates, vendors, and visitors.
• De-escalate situations and ensure safety and adherence to Carvana values.
• Promote incident readiness and follow the Incident Response Protocol.
