Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Head Cashier to lead a fast-paced front-end team and ensure exemplary customer service. You will supervise cashiers, assist with register operations, and help maintain store standards while coordinating breaks and scheduling.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years cashiering experience with leadership training, strong math and communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a busy environment. This is a full-time, on-site role with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years cashiering experience with leadership training.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in cash handling and math.
