Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed.
• 1–2 years cashiering experience with leadership exposure.
• Reliable, flexible schedule including nights/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with operations.
• Provide direction and support to Cashiers and Courtesy Clerks.
• Daily store routines, including scheduling breaks and payroll considerations.
• Help hire/train new Cashiers and manage disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintain customer service excellence at the registers.
