Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a front-end leader to promote an outstanding customer experience. You will oversee Associates at the front of the store, model excellent service, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment.

You will train staff, manage POS coverage, and drive loyalty initiatives. Ideal candidates will have retail leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Lead and mentor front-end Associates.
• Promote safety and store policies while supervising POS coverage.
