Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Front-of-Store Leader to promote an outstanding customer experience and supervise Associates at the front of the store.

You’ll model service excellence, help ensure loyalty programs are promoted, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. You will train and mentor Associates, assign registers, coordinate breaks, and partner with Management on priorities, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and store policies.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience.
• 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task effectively.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience and oversees front-of-store Associates.
• Leads by example, engaging with customers and promoting loyalty programs.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles and customer service.
• Assigns registers, coordinates breaks, and manages POS coverage.
• Ensures tasks align with store plan and compliance with labor policies.
• Communicates priorities to management and provides progress updates.
