Job summary

Sam's Club in Salisbury, MD is seeking a Full-Time Front-End Associate to support supervision of cashiers and service staff, assign duties, provide feedback, and train teammates on store procedures.

You will assist members with purchases, member services, self-checkout, memberships, and credit accounts, while promoting programs and handling daily tasks.

Shifts vary; competitive pay from $22 to $30 per hour plus benefits including health, 401(k), paid time off and tuition support.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (for example, cash register) AND 6 months customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Leading a front-end team, Supervising experience to include hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates in assigned area, assign duties, provide feedback and training.
• Assist members with purchases, service, and self-checkout; promote memberships and services.
