Job summary

Sam's Club in Kannapolis, NC is hiring for an associate to assist management in supervising front-end operations and driving member service goals. You will assign duties, coach associates, process memberships and upgrades, and help members with purchases and self-checkout while maintaining store standards.

You'll participate in recruiting, scheduling, and training, support open-door policy, and strive to meet membership targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and operating front-end equipment (cash registers).
• Customer service experience.
• Age 18+ with at least 6 months in related roles.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates by assigning duties and guiding service approaches.
• Support membership operations, promote benefits, process memberships and upgrades.
• Help customers with purchasing decisions and use of self-checkout; handle returns.
