Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment.
• 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervision of associates and assign duties.
• Provide direction and feedback to associates on member service approaches.
• Assist members with purchases and self-checkout; resolve issues per guidelines.
• Maintain area organization, merchandising, and cleanliness; process returns and claims.
• Support recruiting, scheduling, coaching and evaluating associates.
