Job summary

Sam's West, Inc. in Murray, UT is seeking a sales/service supervisor to assist management in directing associates and ensuring member satisfaction. You will assign duties, train staff, and promote club products and services while maintaining store standards.

You will also handle merchandising, cash handling, and financial documentation, with emphasis on customer service and operational efficiency in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front-end equipment (cash register)
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervising associates in assigned area.
• Assign duties and provide direction to associates.
• Train associates on processes and procedures.
• Provide guidance on member service approaches and techniques.
• Resolve member complaints following company guidelines.
• Support recruiting, hiring, scheduling, coaching and evaluating associates.
• Promote Sams Club products and services to members.
• Oversee area operations including merchandising, claims, returns, and cash handling.
• Complete accounting records and deposits according to procedures.
• Develop and implement processes to meet business needs with managers and coworkers.
