Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front-end equipment (e.g., cash register).
• Customer service experience is required.
• Minimum Qualifications: 6 months retail experience and 6 months customer service experience; must be 18+.

Responsibilities

• Supervises associates by assigning duties and providing direction and feedback.
• Promotes member service by informing on memberships and benefits including processing memberships and credit accounts.
• Coordinates recruiting, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating associates; supports Open Door Policy.
• Ensures merchandise availability, handles claims/returns, and maintains store cleanliness and organization.
• Assists members with purchases, self-checkout, and pickup orders while meeting sales and service goals.
