Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (cash register) AND 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support associates in assigned area of responsibility.
• Provide member service by assisting customers, answering questions and processing purchases.
• Maintain presentation and cleanliness of the area, handle returns and exchanges per policy.
• Assist with recruiting, scheduling and coaching of associates and ensure compliance with store policies.
