Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of retail experience, including operating front-end equipment.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Willingness to lead, coach and support associates.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervising associates, assigning duties and providing feedback.
• Support member needs, assist with purchases and help with self-checkout and services.
• Process memberships, upgrades and credit accounts; promote Sam's Club memberships.
• Participate in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, coaching and evaluating staff.
• Ensure compliance with policies and Open Door Policy, and manage merchandise flow.
