Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (cash register) AND 6 months customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervision of associates
• Provide direction and guidance to associates
• Support member service approaches and resolve member issues
• Process memberships upgrades and credit accounts
• Promote Sam's Club products and services to members and prospects
• Handle purchases and assist with transactions at registers or self-checkout
• Maintain club cleanliness and order in assigned area
• Support recruiting, scheduling and training activities
