Job summary

Sam's Club in Timonium, MD is hiring for a front-end team member to deliver member service, merchandising, and store operations support. You will assist members with purchases, guide self-service tech, stock shelves, and help resolve issues while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.
• Leading a team, supervising experience to include hiring, evaluating, mentoring and managing the workload of others.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; providing guidance on self-service technology and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Assists management with supervising associates, assigning duties, training, coaching, and ensuring policy compliance.
• Receives and stocks supplies, maintains the sales floor, and documents required records and paperwork.
• Maintains facility safety, conducts safety sweeps, handles hazardous materials, and reports unsafe situations.
• Ensures merchandise presentation, zoning, pricing, and proper product displays; manages returns and shrink control.
• Leads teams, coordinates work, and supports changes to meet business needs; oversees club pickup order staging.
