Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Gloucester, VA is seeking a front-end supervisor to lead Associates and ensure a positive customer experience across the TJ Maxx store 1464.

You will train teammates, manage registers, and support promotions while maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Ideal candidates will have 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months in a leadership role, with strong merchandising knowledge and a proven ability to train others.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead Associates at front of store.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and manage POS coverage.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and safety procedures, and support shrink reduction goals.
