Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Front-End Team Leader at TJ Maxx in Middleton, MA. You will supervise Associates at the front of the store, ensuring prompt, courteous service and active promotion of loyalty programs.

You will train and coach staff, manage POS coverage, and maintain a welcoming, well-organized shopping environment. Requirements include 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months in a leadership role, plus the ability to work nights and weekends.

• Available to work nights and weekends; able to train others.

Responsibilities

• Promote excellent customer experience and lead by example.
• Oversee front-of-store Associates and ensure prompt service.
• Train and mentor staff on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Assign registers, coordinate POS coverage, and manage breaks.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain store cleanliness.
• Support management on training needs and labor law adherence.
