Marshalls in Gilbert, AZ is hiring for a front-of-store leader to promote an excellent customer experience and mentor Associates. You will supervise cashiers, coordinate breaks, train staff, and help maintain a clean, inviting store while supporting loyalty programs.

The role requires strong merchandising knowledge, solid communication, and the ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to train others

Responsibilities
