Job summary

Marshalls in Bay City, MI is seeking a front-end team leader to promote an excellent customer experience. You will oversee a team of associates at the front of the store, ensure prompt, courteous service, train teammates on front end principles, promote loyalty programs, and keep the store clean, organized, and safe.

The role requires strong merchandising knowledge, the ability to multi-task, and effective communication with management and peers. Availability includes nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months of leadership experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
