Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Understanding of merchandising techniques.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience.
• Oversees front-of-store Associates and cash handling and loyalty programs.
• Assigns registers and coordinates breaks for associates.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains store cleanliness.
• Trains Associates on front-end processes and loyalty programs.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws and store policies.
