Job summary

Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. in Easley, SC is seeking a front-end leader to deliver an excellent customer experience and to supervise a team of Associates at the front of the store.

You will model outstanding service, promote loyalty programs, and ensure a clean, organized store while coaching others. Requirements include 1 year of retail experience, at least 6 months in a leadership role, and the ability to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 6 months of leadership experience
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Strong customer service orientation

Responsibilities

• Create a positive internal and external customer experience
• Promote loyalty programs and credit promotions
• Lead and mentor front-end Associates
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, ensure POS coverage
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Ensure store tasks align with plan and priorities
• Communicate priorities to management and team
• Provide feedback and recognition to staff
• Support training needs with Management
• Adhere to labor laws and store policies
• Promote safety and loss prevention
• Perform other duties as assigned
