Job summary

Marshalls within The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a front-of-store leader to ensure an excellent customer experience. You will guide Associates, promote loyalty programs, assign registers, and coordinate breaks while maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment.

Ideal candidates have retail experience and some leadership exposure, with strong communication and organizational skills. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience.
• At least 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to train and mentor Associates.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead by example at front of store.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and ensure POS coverage.
• Train and coach Associates on front end operations and loyalty programs.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a clean store.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Support store safety and shrink reduction initiatives.
