Job summary

Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. seeks a frontline Leader to oversee Associates, ensuring prompt, courteous customer service and the promotion of loyalty programs, while keeping the store clean and organized.

You will train and mentor Associates on front-end principles, coordinate POS coverage, and address customer concerns. The role requires flexibility for nights and weekends in a fast-paced off-price retail environment.

• Ensures tasks are executed per store plan; prioritizes as needed.
• Communicates with management and Associates on priorities; provides progress updates.
• Provides and accepts feedback; recognizes good performance.
• Partners with Management on training needs to increase effectiveness.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies and procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Supports shrink reduction programs.
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
