Job summary

Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring to promote an excellent customer experience and lead a team of Associates on the front end. You will supervise cash wrap operations, mentor staff, and uphold loyalty programs while maintaining a clean, organized store environment.

Required are 1 year of retail experience with at least 6 months in leadership, strong merchandising knowledge, and solid communication and organizational skills. Flexible scheduling includes nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to train others and work as part of a team.
• Able to multi-task and adapt to changes in direction.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Trains and coaches Associates on front end principles and loyalty promotion.
• Assigns registers, supports and coordinates breaks for all Associates.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and ensures a positive experience.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures; promotes loyalty programs.
• Partners with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness.
