Total Wine & More is seeking a Supervisor to support store operations, grow our brand, and deliver best-in-class service for customers seeking adult beverages. You will lead service, merchandising and front-end operations, develop team members, ensure compliance with alcohol laws, and uphold safe, clean store standards while driving sales.

The role emphasizes coaching peers, resolving issues, and creating a welcoming, knowledgeable store atmosphere.

Formación

• 1-3 years of experience in retail, 1+ year supervisory role
• Strong interpersonal and team-oriented mindset
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
• Ability to work evenings and weekends

Responsabilidades

• Support service team, merchandising and front-end operations, drive sales and KPIs
• Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a welcoming store atmosphere
• Supervise and train team members, focusing on product knowledge and sales skills
• Ensure compliance with alcohol laws and maintain a safe, compliant store environment
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness across the store
• Perform other duties as assigned
