Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Supervisor to support management in growing our brand and store operations. You will help build a sales and service culture, lead a team, train staff, and ensure a safe, compliant, high-service environment.

The role emphasizes resolving customer issues and delivering best-in-class service. You will report to store management and work to achieve KPIs while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and strong product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience; 1+ year in a supervisory role within retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Physical ability to stand 8–10 hours; lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store team to deliver best-in-class service.
• Support training and ongoing development of staff.
• Ensure adherence to laws and safe, compliant store operations.
• Drive sales and meet key performance metrics (KPMs).
• Resolve customer issues and foster a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness; support merchandising and front-end operations.
