Job summary

Total Wine & More seeks a Supervisor to support store management, strengthen a sales and service culture, and help deliver best-in-class service for customers. You will supervise staff, assist training, and ensure compliance with laws while maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in retail.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience in a retail setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
