Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Selling Floor Supervisor to join the store leadership team in Dedham, MA.

You will supervise front-end operations, train and coach associates, and collaborate with management to drive sales and outstanding customer service. The role requires supervisory experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or a specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal and engaging attitude.
• Full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Coach direct reports to maximize sales results.
• Promote safety by following company guidelines.
• Foster a diverse culture based on teamwork.
• Resolve issues and supervise front-end operations to deliver exceptional service.
• Support Asset Protection strategies to reduce shrink.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Drive community relations through company programs.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedules.
