Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. in Pittsfield, MA is hiring for a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team.

You will supervise front-end operations, drive sales, coach associates, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining safety and adherence to policies. The role requires leadership, reliability, and the ability to manage shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price/big box/specialty retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Train, develop, and coach direct reports to maximize sales.
• Promote safety and adherence to company guidelines.
• Foster a diverse culture based on teamwork.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in workload planning and store operations.
• Support community relations and partnerships.
