Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor to join our store leadership team in Massachusetts. You will supervise front-end operations, coach associates, and work closely with Store Management on merchandising, service, operations, and HR initiatives.

As a Retail Front End Supervisor, you’ll help drive results, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure safety and compliance while supporting recruiting, onboarding, and weekly planning activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or similar environment.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-service orientation.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, coaching, and development of direct reports.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Foster a diverse, team-based culture and partnerships.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new staff.
• Participate in weekly workload planning and shift coverage.
