Burlington Stores is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor to join our Peabody, MA location. You will lead front-end operations, coach associates, and partner with store management to drive sales, service, and safety daily.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price/big box or specialty retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to move, lift, or carry store merchandise up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all front-end store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through coaching, training, and development of direct reports.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by enforcing company guidelines.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Resolve issues and make informed decisions to support customer service quality.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
