Job summary

Burlington Stores in Westborough, MA is seeking a diligent Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team. You will supervise store operations, mentor associates, drive sales, and uphold safety and customer service standards.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory retail experience, strong people skills, and the ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or equivalent environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates while acting as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales results through training, developing, and coaching direct reports.
• Promote safety by adhering to company guidelines and procedures.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Resolve issues and supervise front-end operations to ensure exceptional, friendly service.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to minimize shortages.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Support community relations through company programs and partnerships.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
