Lowes Foods is seeking a Front End Supervisor to oversee checkout operations and uphold our Guest Service Standards. You will supervise cashiers, manage guest flow, and coordinate staffing with the Store Manager to ensure fast, friendly service.

The role includes training frontline hosts, handling guest requests, and maintaining a clean, orderly front-end area while modeling professional behavior and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of Guest Service Standards.
• Ensure front end standards are met at all times.
• Manage guest traffic flow and monitor productivity.
• Schedule coordination with Store Manager to meet service levels.
• Train cashiers and call for additional hosts as needed.
• Handle guest requests, refunds, overrides, and approvals promptly.
• Keep front end clean, neat, and organized; monitor parking lot cleanliness.
• Be a positive role model in speech, dress, hygiene, and integrity.
• Block unused lanes when not in use; enforce asset protection policies.
• Provide training and direction to hosts not meeting standards.
• Communicate issues to Guest Service Manager and provide feedback.
• Process guest orders; perform cashier or guest service clerk duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
