Lowes Foods is seeking a Front End Supervisor/Guest Service Clerk to oversee checkout operations and ensure fast, friendly service. You will handle sales, cash procedures, invoicing and daily cash audits while supporting cashier teams in a store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to supervise people including training and development.
• Demonstrated ability to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements.
• Effective communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs occasionally and 15 lbs constantly.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work with computers.

Responsibilities

• Sales, cash and invoice accounting.
• Prepare weekly cash reports and documentation.
• Maintain sales related information.
• Process invoices and transfers as assigned.
• Process beer/wine payments.
• Prepare bank deposits according to policy.
• Support cashier activities and store cash office.
• Ensure accurate daily cash counts.
• Process guest needs (money orders, stamps, lottery, etc.).
• Process returned checks according to policy.
• Maintain security of the cash office and store funds.
• Maintain cashier tills accountability and supplies.
• Review cashier performance reports and audits.
• Maintain daily front-end schedule to ensure guest service levels.
• Process guest orders to meet No Noticeable Wait policy.
